Η Ελληνοαμερικανική Ένωση παρουσιάζει online αφήγηση παραμυθιών συνοδεία μουσικής από την Λαμπρινή Γιώτη, το Σάββατο 23 Ιανουαρίου 2021, στις 18:00. Η παρακολούθηση είναι ελεύθερη με απαραίτητη προεγγραφή. Η εκδήλωση απευθύνεται σε παιδιά από 9 ετών και σε όσους μεγάλους νιώθουν παιδιά.
Ξωτικά, άλογα του νερού, μέλισσες που μιλάνε και γοργόνες από τα παγωμένα τοπία της Βόρειας Ευρώπης και τα βάθη του χρόνου επισκέπτονται τους φίλους της Φαντασίας στη ζεστασιά του σπιτιού τους. Η μαγεία των κέλτικων, σκανδιναβικών και λαπωνικών παραμυθιών και λαϊκών θρύλων ταξιδεύει μέσω της οθόνης με οδηγό στους μυστηριώδεις και παράξενους αυτούς κόσμους τη μουσικό Λαμπρινή Γιώτη. Με όργανα όπως πιάνο, νικελχάρπα, σαμανικό τύμπανο και shrutti αλλά και με τραγούδι, ξετυλίγονται ιστορίες βγαλμένες από τη μυθολογία και τη λαογραφία των Βόρειων Χωρών.
Η Λαμπρινή Γιώτη είναι εθνομουσικολόγος, πιανίστα, καθηγήτρια φωνητικής και ραδιοφωνική παραγωγός. Είναι απόφοιτος του Εθνικού Ωδείου Αθηνών με μεταπτυχιακό από το Πανεπιστήμιο του Limerick της Ιρλανδίας όπου μέσω της εθνομουσικολογίας ειδικεύτηκε στο τραγουδιστικό στυλ των Γαέλικων τραγουδιών.
Είναι συνιδρυτικό μέλος του world music ensemble Sòlastas, που ειδικεύεται κυρίως στη μουσική των Βόρειων χωρών (Ιρλανδία, Σκωτία, Σουηδία, Λαπωνία). Οργανώνει και διδάσκει σεμινάρια στο Iρλανδικό Kέλτικο τραγούδι από το 2010. Από το 2014, μαζί με άλλους καλλιτέχνες συνδιοργανώνει το Κέλτικο Φεστιβάλ Μουσικής στην Αθήνα. Το 2017 ίδρυσε την Κέλτικη / Σκανδιναβική χορωδία Curfá. Την ίδια χρονιά, έφερε το σπάνιο παραδοσιακό μεσαιωνικό σουηδικό όργανο nyckelharpa στην Ελλάδα και στην ουσία είναι η πρώτη φορά που ένας Έλληνας καλλιτέχνης παίζει αυτό το όργανο. Έχει πραγματοποιήσει πλήθος συναυλιών στην Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό. Το Αρχείο Ιρλανδικής Παραδοσιακής Μουσικής ΙΤΜΑ την καταχώρησε στα αρχεία του ως την πρώτη Ελληνίδα που τραγουδάει στην Γαέλικη γλώσσα acappella Sean Nos. Από τον Νοέμβριο του 2019 συμμετέχει στην Διαπολιτισμική Ορχήστρα της Λυρικής Σκηνής.
