Όπως ανακοίνωσε το Κέντρο Πολιτισμού Ίδρυμα Σταύρος Νιάρχος (ΚΠΙΣΝ), οι επισκέψεις στο Πάρκο Σταύρος Νιάρχος θα γίνονται στο εξής με δωρεάν προκρατήσεις, ενώ η πρόσβαση θα είναι ελεύθερη σε άτομα άνω των 65 ετών, ΑμεΑ και εγκύους.
Το Πάρκο Σταύρος Νιάρχος και οι υπόλοιποι υπαίθριοι χώροι του ΚΠΙΣΝ θα ανοίξουν την επόμενη εβδομάδα. Το ΚΠΙΣΝ θα παραμείνει ανοιχτό και προσβάσιμο σε όλους, αλλά με κανόνες και αναγκαστικούς περιορισμούς στον αριθμό των επισκεπτών, καθώς τίθεται ως “ύψιστη προτεραιότητα η προστασία της υγείας του κοινού και των εργαζομένων”, όπως τονίζει στην ανακοίνωσή του.

Μέχρι την πανδημία του κορωνοϊού το Κέντρο Πολιτισμού Ίδρυμα Σταύρος Νιάρχος (ΚΠΙΣΝ) ήταν ένα από τα πολύ μεγάλα success stories της χώρας μας και αναδείχθηκε στον πιο αγαπημένο προορισμό των κατοίκων και επισκεπτών της Αττικής. Το 2019 είχαμε 6,3 εκατομμύρια επισκέψεις, πολύ πέρα και από την πιο αισιόδοξη πρόβλεψη πριν την παράδοσή του στην Ελληνική Πολιτεία. Χαρακτηριστικά αναφέρουμε ότι τον Μάιο 2019 είχαμε 530.000 επισκέψεις και τον Ιούνιο 2019 641.000 επισκέψεις.
Όμως, στην παρούσα φάση, αυτή η πολύ υψηλή ενδεχόμενη επισκεψιμότητα, με τον αναπόφευκτο συνωστισμό που συνεπάγεται, εγκυμονεί σοβαρούς κινδύνους για διάδοση του ιού. Ιδιαίτερη δυσκολία παρουσιάζει το διάστημα 18:00 – 20:00, στο οποίο, τα Σαββατοκύριακα του Ιουνίου του 2019, ο ρυθμός άφιξης των επισκεπτών ξεπερνούσε τους 2.000 την ώρα.
Όπως σε όλη την περίοδο από τον Μάρτιο του 2020, έτσι και τώρα, θέτουμε ως ύψιστη προτεραιότητα την προστασία της υγείας του κοινού και των εργαζομένων. Έχουμε τη γνώση και την πείρα να υπηρετήσουμε τον σκοπό αυτό αποτελεσματικά. Ήμασταν από τους πρώτους, αν όχι ο πρώτος, οργανισμός στην Ελλάδα που στις 29/01, μόλις 5 ημέρες μετά το πρώτο κρούσμα στην Ευρώπη, τοποθετήσαμε παραγγελία για Μέσα Ατομικής Προστασίας για τους εργαζομένους μας (μάσκες, γάντια μιας χρήσης, ολόσωμες φόρμες και αντισηπτικά). Τα παραλάβαμε στα μέσα Φεβρουαρίου και, από την πρώτη ημέρα της έλευσης του ιού στη χώρα μας, οι εργαζόμενοί μας όταν χρειαζόταν να είναι παρόντες στο ΚΠΙΣΝ, είχαν ισχυρή προστασία. Εφαρμόσαμε και εφαρμόζουμε με σχολαστικό τρόπο τα μέτρα προστασίας (π.χ. συχνές απολυμάνσεις στους χώρους εργασίας και τους κοινόχρηστους χώρους) και αποστασιοποίησης σύμφωνα με τους κανόνες του ΕΟΔΥ.
Με την ίδια γνώση και επιμέλεια, είμαστε αποφασισμένοι να προστατεύσουμε την υγεία του κοινού με το άνοιγμα του Πάρκου Σταύρος Νιάρχος και των υπαίθριων χώρων μας γενικότερα.
Το ΚΠΙΣΝ θα παραμείνει ανοιχτό και προσβάσιμο από όλους, αλλά με κανόνες και -αναγκαστικά- περιορισμούς στον αριθμό των επισκεπτών. Ταυτόχρονα θα πρέπει να εφαρμόσουμε κανονισμούς, οι οποίοι να αποτρέπουν τον συνωστισμό τόσο μέσα στο Πάρκο και τους υπόλοιπους χώρους μας, όσο και στις πύλες εισόδου και εξόδου.
Ο μόνος τρόπος να το πετύχουμε αυτό, όπως και σε άλλους χώρους με υψηλή επισκεψιμότητα στη χώρα μας και το εξωτερικό, είναι οι επισκέψεις να επιτρέπονται μόνο μετά από προεγγραφή σε ηλεκτρονική πλατφόρμα. Η ύπαρξη προεγγραφής θα ελέγχεται σε τρεις πύλες – σημεία ελέγχου. Δεν θα επιτρέπεται η είσοδος χωρίς προεγγραφή ακόμη και αν την συγκεκριμένη ώρα υπάρχουν “κενές θέσεις” στις προεγγραφές. Με τον τρόπο αυτό δεν θα υπάρχει κανένα κίνητρο για τη δημιουργία σειράς αναμονής η οποία θα προκαλούσε, πολλές φορές, ανεξέλεγκτο συνωστισμό.
Τόσο μέσα στο Πάρκο όσο και στις πύλες εισόδου και εξόδου, θα υπάρχει επιτήρηση από προσωπικό μας και φύλακες ώστε να αποθαρρύνεται ο συνωστισμός.
Από τον κανόνα της προεγγραφής θα εξαιρούνται μόνον οι άνω των 65 ετών, τα ΑμεΑ και οι έγκυοι, για τους οποίους η πρόσβαση θα είναι ελεύθερη, με έλεγχο, αν χρειασθεί, της ηλικίας, κάρτας ΑμεΑ κλπ. Ειδικά για τις ομάδες αυτές στόχος μας είναι να αποφεύγεται η καθυστέρηση στην είσοδο.
Εκ πρώτης όψεως θα μπορούσε κανείς να θεωρήσει την ελεύθερη πρόσβαση των 65+ κίνητρο για μια ευάλωτη ομάδα να μην παραμείνει στο σπίτι αλλά να εκτεθεί σε κίνδυνο μετάδοσης. Στην πραγματικότητα, όμως, πιστεύουμε ότι ισχύει το ακριβώς αντίθετο. Οι άνω των 65 της περιοχής, και γενικότερα βέβαια, εκτίθενται αυτή τη στιγμή σε μεγαλύτερο κίνδυνο γιατί αναγκάζονται να κάνουν περίπατο σε ανοργάνωτες διαδρομές (παραλία, πλατείες κλπ.) όπου ο κίνδυνος συνωστισμού είναι πολύ μεγαλύτερος απ’ ό,τι στο Πάρκο Σταύρος Νιάρχος, συνολικής έκτασης 210 στρεμμάτων, εκ των οποίων 50 είναι τα άμεσα “ωφέλιμα” για περίπατο και όπου θα υπάρχει και επιτήρηση για την αποφυγή του “κατά τόπους” υψηλού συγχρωτισμού.
Στηρίζουμε την άποψή μας στα αποτελέσματα της Έρευνας Επισκεπτών που πραγματοποιήσαμε τον Δεκέμβριο του 2019.
Η απόφασή μας για ελεύθερη πρόσβαση στους 65+, αποτελεί ουσιαστικά μια προσφορά στους περίοικους άνω των 65.
Ειδική μέριμνα θα ληφθεί για την επίσκεψη τουριστών στο ΚΠΙΣΝ. Το ΚΠΙΣΝ αποτελεί έναν από τους πιο δημοφιλείς τουριστικούς προορισμούς της Αθήνας και επιδιώκουμε με κάθε τρόπο να συμβάλουμε στην τουριστική ανάκαμψη της πόλης μας.
Είμαστε σε συνεννόηση με τη Γενική Γραμματεία Πολιτικής Προστασίας καθώς και με το Υπουργείο Υγείας για την οριστικοποίηση των πρωτοκόλλων προστασίας.
Το άνοιγμα του Πάρκου Σταύρος Νιάρχος και των υπόλοιπων υπαίθριων χώρων του ΚΠΙΣΝ θα γίνει την επόμενη εβδομάδα. Θα προηγηθεί ανακοίνωση στον ιστότοπό μας με τις λεπτομέρειες του συστήματος προεγγραφών, με την ανακοίνωση της ημέρας και ώρας για τις πρώτες προεγγραφές, των σημείων εισόδου κλπ.
Είναι προφανές ότι οι περιορισμοί αυτοί συνεπάγονται σημαντική απώλεια εσόδων για το ΚΠΙΣΝ. Επίσης, η απασχόληση του προσωπικού επιτήρησης και εφαρμογής των μέτρων σημαίνει σημαντικές δαπάνες. Για το ΚΠΙΣΝ, όμως, η προστασία της υγείας των επισκεπτών είναι η πρώτη και επιτακτική προτεραιότητα.
Στα σχεδόν 4 χρόνια λειτουργίας μας, το κοινό μας βαθμολόγησε με άριστα για την ποιότητα της εμπειρίας επισκεπτών που προσφέραμε, όπως προέκυψε από την έρευνα κοινού και επισκεπτών. Σήμερα επιδιώκουμε να συνδυάσουμε την άριστη εμπειρία των επισκεπτών με την μέγιστη δυνατή προστασία της υγείας τους.
Αισιοδοξούμε και ανυπομονούμε η πορεία της δημόσιας υγείας στη χώρα μας να συνεχίσει να βελτιώνεται ώστε να μπορέσουμε σύντομα να χαλαρώσουμε ή και να καταργήσουμε τους περιορισμούς για να υποδεχθούμε και πάλι το κοινό όπως ακριβώς πριν μερικούς μήνες.
