Το Μουσείο Ακρόπολης μπαίνει δυναμικά στον κόσμο της ψηφιακής τεχνολογίας και ανοίγει νέους δρόμους επικοινωνίας με το κοινό του.
Το πρόγραμμα «Δημιουργία Ψηφιακού Μουσείου Ακρόπολης» που μόλις ολοκληρώθηκε, αναδεικνύει τις πολύπλευρες πτυχές των εκθεμάτων του, προσφέρει μοναδικές εμπειρίες στους μουσειακούς του χώρους και στο διαδίκτυο και δημιουργεί έναν νέο, συναρπαστικό κόσμο για μικρούς και μεγάλους.
Ιστοχώρος
Ο νέος ιστοχώρος www.theacropolismuseum.gr που δημιουργήθηκε στο πλαίσιο του προγράμματος, είναι μια Διαδικτυακή Πύλη σύγχρονης αισθητικής που αποτυπώνει τη λειτουργία και τις δραστηριότητες του Μουσείου και παρέχει πολυδιάστατη ενημέρωση και ψυχαγωγία. Παρουσιάζει το Μουσείο και τους εκθεσιακούς του χώρους, δίνει πληροφορίες για την επίσκεψη, τις περιοδικές εκθέσεις, τις δράσεις, τις εκδηλώσεις, τις σχολικές και οικογενειακές δραστηριότητες, την έρευνα, τη συντήρηση, τις νέες τεχνολογίες.
Παράλληλα παρουσιάζει, για πρώτη φορά σε ελληνικό μουσειακό ιστοχώρο, το σύνολο των εκθεμάτων του καθιστώντας τα προσβάσιμα στην παγκόσμια κοινότητα. Τα 2.156 έργα που περιλαμβάνει σήμερα, στα οποία θα προστεθούν σταδιακά και αυτά που φυλάσσονται στις αρχαιολογικές αποθήκες του Μουσείου, συνοδεύονται από εκτενείς περιγραφές, διαδραστικό γλωσσάρι, βιβλιογραφία, φωτογραφίες, σχέδια και σε πολλές περιπτώσεις βίντεο.
Ο ιστοχώρος είναι συνδεδεμένος με τα μέσα κοινωνικής δικτύωσης, διατίθεται στα ελληνικά και στα αγγλικά ενώ προσφέρει πληροφορίες για την οργάνωση της επίσκεψης σε τέσσερις επιπλέον γλώσσες. Διαθέτει πολλαπλά εργαλεία αναζήτησης και ανταποκρίσιμο σχεδιασμό ώστε να προσαρμόζεται δυναμικά σε όλες τις συσκευές. Επίσης εξασφαλίζει την πρόσβαση στους επισκέπτες με αχρωματοψία και είναι φιλικός σε άτομα με μειωμένη όραση.
Ιστοχώρος για παιδιά
Για τους μικρούς φίλους του Μουσείου δημιουργήθηκε μία ειδική ιστοσελίδα, το www.acropolismuseumkids.gr. Η ιστοσελίδα απευθύνεται σε παιδιά ηλικίας 6-12 ετών και τα προσκαλεί να γνωρίσουν τον συναρπαστικό κόσμο του Μουσείου διασκεδάζοντας. Ευφάνταστα παιχνίδια, ευχάριστα βίντεο και μία σειρά από δημιουργικές δραστηριότητες τα παρακινούν να σκεφτούν, να ανακαλύψουν, να παίξουν, να πειραματιστούν και να δημιουργήσουν.
Ψηφιακές εφαρμογές
Οι 23 ψηφιακές εφαρμογές και βίντεο που παράχθηκαν στο πλαίσιο του προγράμματος ενίσχυσαν σημαντικά την παιδευτική και ψυχαγωγική διαδικασία τόσο στον φυσικό χώρο του Μουσείου όσο και στο διαδίκτυο. Σχεδιασμένες σύμφωνα με τη γενικότερη φιλοσοφία και μουσειολογική προσέγγιση του Μουσείου Ακρόπολης, λειτουργούν συμπληρωματικά στα εκθέματα, αυξάνουν τη δυνατότητα κατανόησής τους, απευθύνονται σε διαφορετικές ηλικίες, λαμβάνουν υπόψη την πολυμορφία των επισκεπτών, προωθούν τη μεταξύ τους επικοινωνία και προσφέρουν μία προηγμένη εμπειρία στηριγμένη σε βιωματικές και διαδραστικές μεθόδους.
Νέοι χώροι στο Μουσείο
O εξοπλισμός που αποκτήθηκε μέσω του προγράμματος, έδωσε τη δυνατότητα δημιουργίας δύο νέων χώρων στον δεύτερο όροφο του Μουσείου. Στις οθόνες αφής του Κέντρου Πολυμέσων οι επισκέπτες μπορούν να πλοηγηθούν στις συναρπαστικές ιστορίες και τις περιπέτειες που γνώρισαν μερικά από τα πιο σημαντικά έργα της Ακρόπολης. Στην Παιδική Γωνιά τα παιδιά μπορούν να απολαύσουν διασκεδαστικά ψηφιακά παιχνίδια και ευχάριστα βίντεο που ζωντανεύουν αρχαίους μύθους, αφηγούνται υπέροχες ιστορίες και ξεδιπλώνουν πτυχές της καθημερινής ζωής των αρχαίων Αθηναίων.
Νέες δυνατότητες
Οι εργασίες καταχώρησης, ψηφιοποίησης, φωτογράφησης και τρισδιάστατης σάρωσης που πραγματοποιήθηκαν, διασφαλίζουν τη μακροχρόνια διατήρηση πολύτιμου αρχειακού υλικού και προσφέρουν νέες δυνατότητες στη διαχείρισή του, στην εξαγωγή στο διαδίκτυο, στη διοργάνωση εκθέσεων, στην παραγωγή διαδραστικού υλικού, παιχνιδιών και εκδόσεων. Στο Σύστημα Διαχείρισης Συλλογών του Μουσείου (MuseumPlus) καταχωρήθηκαν 27.755 ψηφιακά αρχεία που συνδέονται με 10.557 αντικείμενα, ψηφιοποιήθηκαν496 χειρόγραφα ημερολόγια ανασκαφής, 110.000 φωτογραφίες, 18.410 δελτία καταγραφής κινητών ευρημάτων και 7.500 δελτία συντήρησης. Επίσης φωτογραφήθηκαν 500 εκθέματα από όλες τις όψεις ενώ 60 από αυτά σαρώθηκαν με τη μέθοδο της ψηφιακής φωτογραμμετρίας.
Το πρόγραμμα
Το πρόγραμμα «Δημιουργία Ψηφιακού Μουσείου Ακρόπολης» εντάχθηκε στο Π.Ε.Π «Αττική 2014-2020» με ΚΩΔ. ΟΠΣ: 5010606 και προϋπολογισμό 1.330.240,63 € πλέον ΦΠΑ 24%. Κύριος του έργου και φορέας λειτουργίας είναι το Μουσείο Ακρόπολης, αναθέτουσα αρχή η Κοινωνία της Πληροφορίας Α.Ε. και ανάδοχος ο ΟΤΕ Α.Ε.
